Error after run "bundle install" command in Ubuntu 10.04 LTS about diaspora HOT 6 CLOSED

Did you install ruby-full package, not just ruby? I also noticed that 10.04 doesn't ship with bcrypt package, so this might causing the error (someone should confirm this & add to install tutorial).

Installing both ruby-full and bcrypt packages fixed this error for us.

I install the basic package, then install ruby-full package will fix the error bcrypt.

You need the development package for libxslt.
apt-get install libxslt-dev
