Please ask on forums at https://devkitpro.org. This issue tracker is for buildscripts we use to construct toolchains, not support using the toolchains.

Thanks for the remind. I posted it here because I think it is caused by missing configure setting like --with-libiconv when building toolchains instead of a miss in using toolchains.
