Add a feature to increase the volume above 100% about dino HOT 4 OPEN

I'm not entirely sure how to implement this feature, but I did find this: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Web_Audio_API

This API would allow for video and audio tags to be set to a value over the maximum of 1. I'm not sure if this can be reworked so the user can change the volume to their own needs, but this API may be a start to fix this volume issue.
