Rule: SingleExpression statements with multiple return paths about detekt HOT 2 CLOSED

This is also handeled by #58.

Additionally a new rule OptionalReturnKeyword was implemented which removes returns in variable declarations:

val z = if (true) return if (true) { if (false) return b; return x } else a else return y

will be:

val z = if (true) if (true) { if (false) return b; x } else a else y

from detekt.
