I can't do anything about that. The Content-Type of that file is application/octet-stream rather than text/plain, application/javascript, or application/typescript, and because the browser can't display application/octet-stream it downloads the file.
This can be fixed by proxying the file thru deno.land (eg. deno.land/types@latest/lib.deno.d.ts), as we can then change the Content-Type.

If this opened something in a modal we could support syntax highlighting, and line number would be garaunteed to work... That might be a bit too clever...
