One way to get information on which objects are deployed for the wait key is to use the releases.releases object from helm (currently ignored) which should give runtime objects for everything deployed.

One worry I have about the .components.x.wait field is that it might be confusing to users who have set .components.x.charts/manifests.noWait to true. IMO if we introduce this new wait field, we should have .components.x.charts/manifests.noWait default to true that way users looking to turn off wait only have to set it once
