bummer -- dustin and I were screwing with it a lot today trying to make sure we were killing sizzle in bench marks... so we might of messed something up. I left my laptop at work unfortunately though :/ but! dustin or I will push a fix tomorrow for sure.

i noticed the tests not running because of sink (not Qwery). I wasn't able to get to the bottom of it, but I'll double check to see if there is a legit error in Qwery.

I've tested the latest master and it indeed works in IE7,8,9. But yes you are correct that the tests aren't currently running

yeap. it was a sink test problem. you can see now they're running here
at the moment i'm typing this we have 1 failing test in IE7. we'll be sure to fix it promptly (or if you have any good ideas, they would be warmly welcome)
