Seems a problem because Time range based on is empty
Are you sure the user token in the datasource have right access to the tickets?

Hello,

I've got the exact same problem and I feel the Timerange parameter could be the reason it doesn't work as expected. I've tried to reproduce this issue with a preprod GLPI and it works fine, the Timerange can be changed. When I switch back to the Data Source of the GLPI in prod, Timerange has no value available.
I have a feeling it has something to do with the GLPI used in the Data Source, but is there a parameter that has to be allowed on the server ?

EDIT

I've managed to make it work. I was using the "Dashboard" plugin from Infotel, and deactivating it made Grafana work.
"Timerange" on Grafana can now be changed and panels show informations about tickets and stuff.
