Module naming

I'm not convinced about the naming. @bernadinm what do you think about terraform-aws-remote-region instead?

num_masters = 0 on remote region. The module name is already static this

should be statically 0 for remote region. So nobody has some wrong expectations. Having distributed masters is not even supported by the module setup yet. Also will this be a potential issue for DC/OS.
