Issue with broadcast not sending to existing tokens about airnotifier HOT 5 CLOSED

@mouneyrac The permission checking code isn't done yet, I have to add an extra field for checking access key permission (that's the unfinished code I was talking about). I will commit this next week (currently it's not working)

Ah I didn't understand it properly, I thought the channels were not working but the access keys were working. Anyway servers will temporary broadcast to everybody :)

But this only worked with the newly created keys, I will add a editing page later.

ok closing this issue. Note I didn't retest with my ubuntu airnotifier server, but with the current updated Moodle dev airnotifier server on my mac, I don't have this issue.
