Reopening as this should set the dependency differently, depending on if the project has an entry point, or not. Updating text.

Reopening as actually, putting this in the dependencies section is a bad idea, as when multi targeting different frameworks, these packages arent resolvable yet. So, make change to put them under the relevant framework dependencies.
