Thank you for letting me know about the breaking changes of EPiServer 9! I have made some updates in a separate branch and would appreciate if you could help me test and verify it. Then I can update the master branch, and also create a new NuGet package.

Just tired out in my project by copying latest version and it works. But I have simple use cases.
