Scrolling is not fluid about prognoza HOT 4 OPEN

Hello, thank you! Hmm, it's definitely not intentional. Could you attach a video? It seems to scroll fine on my devices.

Let me try to explain better with an example: When we are on a Wikipedia's page and want to reach the bottom end of the page, we impart a "kinetic force" to the page itself so it "automatically" scrolls fluidly until the force exhausts (hope I explained it correctly xD).
When we do the same in the Prognoza's main page, seems that this "kinetic force" exhausts unnaturally, so I thought it may've been a bug, but I've noticed that in this way the app sticks in a way that never covers in half a temperature, so maybe it's a wanted behaviour?
