Hi there šŸ‘‹ I'm David, a full-stack software developer from Bristol

A bit about me: I'm a languages graduate with a professional background in Money Advice at Citizens Advice and as a self-taught music producer. I've always loved learning new skills and technologies which led to be enrolling in the School of Code bootcamp in 2024!

I recently finished the bootcamp! I loved the experience of working with different groups under pressure with new technologies and learning at pace - so I'm now looking to continue my learning journey and land my first role as a developer.

šŸŒ± Iā€™m currently working on a number of projects to add to my portfolio. My current goals are to go over the content of the bootcamp to create a weather app (and some other bits to solidify the fundamentals), use the Spotify for Devs tools to create something cool and try out Threejs - as I love Blender and would love to incoporate some 3d in my learning.

āš” Fun fact: In addition to coding languages, I love learning spoken languages too - I studied French and Italian at University and am currently learning Welsh.

If you want to chat about cool projects or anything else, get in touch!

My Tech Stack (so far!)

JavaScript, CSS, HTML, React, Node.js, Next.js, Express, Typescript, Tailwind, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Jest, Supertest, React Testing Library, Supabase, GitHub, Figma, Render.
