I just updated jedi and jedi-vim, but this does not seem to work.

Try <Ctrl+Space>. Tab is not a defined mapping of jedi-vim. Probably you are using supertab, which is responsible for calling the Omnicompletion of VIM, but it does that only in certain contexts.
The completion of keywords is not ready yet, I will look into this. Duration ~ 1 Week.

If you need to get the list of keywords from somewhere, you could use http://docs.python.org/reference/grammar.html. But I assume you know of better ways to do that.
