Whenever a new change is made and push to GitHub, the CI kept failing

Analysis

From the analysis, The cypress integration test is failing due to the search box testing. The search keyword passed in is not available in the requested API. After fixing this, the cypress kept failing due to the fact it was making use of set-env which is deprecated base on githb report, hence there is a need to upgrade cypress-io/github-action@v1 and also downgrade the Ubuntu version from latest to 16-04

• Change the Search box keyword

• Upgrade cypress-io/github-action@v1

• Change Ubuntu version from latest to old version

Note: I was not able to inspect Vercel deployment error

from portal.js.bak.

@steveoni the vercel deployment error is probably because it is vercel account of someone else. We could just disable the vercel build for now (separate issue).
