大概率是被暂时限制了，一般限制过一段时间会自动解除，可能也是免cookie版无法获取部分信息的原因。

用weibo.com的cookie总是不行，weibo.cn的cookie会好很多

按readme获取cookie，不过如果是被限制了，现在的cookie应该无法使用。
