@jacob314 @terrylucas Has anything changed with how Observatory works in content_shell / Dartium in 1.14?

Does the Observatory work at all from Dartium in 1.14.1? There was a bug we
discovered in 1.15 where there was an additional C dart VM api method that
needed to be called on a Dart Isolate before the Observatory would work.

@kevmoo thanks for getting #105 merged and released - that fixes the issue on the latest dev channel. It's still broken for Dart 1.14, which is unfortunate since Travis CI builds don't yet support specifying an SDK version. Is there an ETA for Dart 1.15?

@evanweible-wf we are working on 1.15 actively – I can't give a date, but it'll be "soon".
Watch for an the release candidate.

Will do, thanks @kevmoo!

This should be resolved with the 0.7.4 release. Please re-open if not.
