Probably makes sense to have these off by default, and options to turn them on since they're probably very opinionated (I should probably look at what the difference between Hints and Lints are, I haven't really seen any yet).

There are options for linting in analysis_options.yaml
(see #114) so it's possible these will appear automatically; needs some testing.

I did some testing; I think the defaults are fine and I'm not sure we need anything here.
Hints are on by default, come through as INFO in the problems view. Lints are on by default, but require individually enabling in analysis_options
. I think this behaviour is fine (I raised this case thinking we didn't get hints by default).
