As the firstborn in the US, I grew up being the problem-solver in my family and community. Once I learned how to read, I was translating mail as well as being the neighborhood tech support. I developed a style of leadership that centers on empathy and problem-solving.

I've had the privilege of bringing this style of leadership into every job I've had. Whether it was my seven years in healthcare talking to anxious families or even now as an engineer. I have a passion for solving the issues that help those within my community and my team. With my drive to assist those around me, I know I have the skills to excel within your company.
