JSON API recommend to use "-" as separator between multiple words about json-api-serializer HOT 2 CLOSED

Hi,

I wanted users to have hands on the input data so I don't make that kind of option. Also I think that for performance reason, it's better to transform the data (dasherize) before using the serializer.

But for more flexible usage of the serializer, I can add an option for it, if you needed it ?

In my opinion, such options should be available since it is the recommended format by JSON API.
I would need it because I am considering using json-api-serializer in a module I am maintaining : https://github.com/dynamiccast/sails-json-api-blueprints.

It is a module for Sails.js to generate JSON API compliant endpoints. While it is meant to be generic, I primarily focus to support Ember.js as a frontend. Since Ember.js requires multiple word variables to be separated with dashes, I am looking for this kind of behavior.

I have made a Pull Request with the code modification I have done so far : #4
It forces this behavior rather than making it optional. Feel free to move from there if you want this feature to be implemented.
