You can reproduce the issue in you own demo, perhaps the problem is that I
can't explain better, because english isn't my mother tongue, sorry for
that.

But I'll try to explain it better. Please follow this points:
1- Go to http://dl.dropbox.com/u/21368/bootstrap-combobox/index.html
2- Type 'C' en the second combo (bootstrap-combobox), then press enter.
This make that 'Connecticut' was the selected option.
3- Press tab o make click outside bootstrap-combobox. This make that
selected option 'Connecticut' go away, this is the problem because the
option selected not remain selected after tab press or click outside.

I see. I think that problem is fixed in f2f4c6e, so it should not be present with a current version of bootstrap-combobox.

I think that actually was a bug in a version of typeahead. I updated the example to use the latest version and it does not happen here anymore. Do you still see it? (I know that the styling needs help with the latest version, it's coming)
