The problem is with the Intel drivers or something related, it has always been this way, you cannot change the saturation via HDMI (the Saturation slider disappears too in the Intel Control Panel). If you have a VGA port you could try using that instead, but then you could be in one of two situations based on your laptop hardware configuration:

  • If the VGA port is managed by Intel, Color-Goggles will work fine.
  • If the VGA port is managed by Nvidia, you might be able to use VibranceGUI in some cases.

It could be an issue about Full Range RBG not working properly, or maybe something related to the Y’CbCr color space, who knows... I don't have and HDMI port to test it but that's something only Intel can fix (if not done on purpose).

I will release v1.0.1 in a couple days, there will be a small change for devices with multiple monitors but that shouldn't work anyway over HDMI, it might be worth trying over VGA though if it doesn't work on v1.0.0.

Thank you for the anwser!

Acctuly there is a new feature from Nvidia Geforce Experience, which fills my needs to 100%.

You can apply ingame filters for supported games like csgo, ark and more. There you can adjust the satturation and many many more. Even weird things like Cartoon style ^^

If you are interested here is the link to their description.
