SIGTERM is send from outside Vaultwarden so you should check why (i.e. if it's because of a resource limit or something else that might be triggering the signal).

Thanks @stefan0xC , so since I am running in docker swarm - is it something from docker swarm that would be initiating the SIGTERM?

I don't know and I can't diagnose your system for you. Have you checked your resource usage at the time the SIGTERM has been received? You might just have run out of memory...
