Closing Contest Vote Summary report using close button causes program to lock up. about electiontracker HOT 5 CLOSED

There is no X in the lower part of the screens that I am aware of.

Is the X on the left or the right?

Which form was open?

Has this happened more than once?

Is it only when the screen is maximized?

What about if it is in its normal state (not maximized or minimized)?

Minimized?

We were trying a report (I think voting summary again), and had maximized the 
report.
 When we hit the Election Tracker X button to close the report, the left column bar
(with the election dates, and the tabs for aspects of the election) started
flickering and the system locked up.  I think I was able to shut it down 
through the
Task Manager, but it was in a tight loop.

I have tried to re-produce this on my machine without success. Are there any 
other
steps involved?  
1. Open the report
2. select one of the elections  
3. Close the form.

Can I select any election or must it be a specific election?
Are there any errors that are displayed prior to this happening?
Anything else you can think of that might help me reproduce this issue.

I believe this was fixed with the work Dale did leading to the 1.0.1.2 release. 
 It
has not occurred again in testing in late August 2008/early September 2008, nor 
in
the system usage on the 9/9/2008 primary election at Wisconsin Public Radio.  
I'm
marking it fixed as it cannot be replicated at this point to my knowledge - PJW.
