Contest Vote Summary report - column widths not set dynamically, can cut off long names about electiontracker HOT 6 CLOSED

I think we can limit the characters allowed - perhaps the program could stop us 
from 
going over a certain number.   

I did not check in my changes.  I agree that the column width should dynamically
expand/contract to accommodate the candidates name.

Fixed in revision 186.  Instead of truncating the long candidates name, it will 
be 
put on a new line.  Also changed layout of columns such that any number of 
candidates 
can exist on a single row provided there is enough room to display the vote 
totals.

If a single candidates name is too long to exist on a row by itself, only at 
that 
time will the name be truncated to fit correctly.
