I see your point. My only concern is that the developer chose DWORD (which is defined as a UInt32) to return the thread's previous suspend count. I don't know then if that value can exceed 2,147,483,647. Seems improbable, but I just don't know.

A simple workaround is to get the unchecked value of -1:

unchecked((uint)-1)

At many places it's safe to choose uint when nothing is documented that's correct. But in a case like that when MS docs tell you the value is expected to be negative in some cases I would choose int.

But that's against your coding style then ignore this report then. I've just discovered it and thought I let you know about as the MS docs are clear at this (which rarely happens).

Thanks for doing this! It has been a great help so far for missing APIs.
