I detected the bug. Serialize method should be like this:
var datas = new List<BinarySavingAppendTestData>() { data }
MemoryPackStreamingSerializer.SerializeAsync(stream, datas.count, datas);
Please add explanation to the readme file for the "count" parameter of Serialize function for MemoryPackStreamingSerializer for us to understand it. It took 2 days for me to understand :(
