Inbox - new message about vish HOT 1 CLOSED

This is an internal messaging system using mailboxer. You can't send mail directly from here, but when you send a message to a contact, (s)he can find it in his(er) inbox and will receive an e-mail notification if you are connected with the appropriate permissions.

As for attaching files, this functionality is already in mailboxer (we learned that recently, congrats @Roendal), but It's been questioned whether to include it in vish, which already has other methods for sharing files.
