Progress update:
- Readme sort of cleaned up, although the wiki should be preferred eventually, with the readme contents migrated to wiki pages
- CMake works with some issues (need to cd into src dir); need to check install and other platforms
- Release builds untested, doesn't build in Win/VS but probably works with mingw
Based on this, this issue should be split into:
- Readme/wiki
- CMake, build/install, linux/mingw
- Windows/VS port
- Build binaries (Amazon S3? Dropbox?)
