The new git/eclipse documentation is now done. Before we remove the old svn/eclipse documentation, the new should be proofed for consistency, ease-of-use and errors.

Awesome! Looks great. I made a few changes, but I think we're good to go and remove the SVN documentation since even if we find errors later in this doc, we're not going back to SVN.

Improve for Juno / Windows users:
- Add instructions for Eclipse Marketplace installation under Juno
- Add instructions about disabling anti-virus on windows while installing plugins
- Investigate initial state on checkout
