When 1.3.0 Compatibility about wire HOT 5 CLOSED

Yeah, you're right. Wire 0.8 is set to use an earlier version of when in both its submodule and package.json (currently 1.0.4, although as you found, it's compatible up to 1.2.0). I'll look into the possibility of doing a wire 0.8.1 release that adds compatibility with 1.3.0. If it looks easy and possible to maintain backward compat with versions < 1.3.0, I'll go for it. If it looks problematic, we'll probably have two wait until wire 0.9 (wire's dev branch is already compatible with when 1.3.0)

Hey Pieter, I just pushed a when-130-compat branch that adds when 1.3.0 compatibility, but also retains compatibility with earlier versions. Turns out it was actually a bug in wire, that only manifested itself with when 1.3.0--kinda just lucky that it worked with earlier versions :/

Anyway, please give it a try and let me know if it works for you. I'll also do a bit more testing, and if everything looks good, I'll put together a 0.8.1 release sometime in the next few days.
