Let's put the documentation in the new docs.cucumber.io site. That way we can document all the language versions in one place. It's already a pain to keep SpecFlow and JVM docs in sync. It's also a great way to have people discover Pro via the Cucumber docs.

I hear what you're saying about embedding docs in Pro. I think we should handle that later if needed.

One option is to embed a https://docs.cucumber.io/js/pro-instructions.jsscript in Cucumber Pro which will always render the lates version and installation instructions. That might not work behind firewalls, so we should fall back to displaying a link.

The documentation of the Cucumber Pro plugin (both Cucumber-JVM and SpecFlow) is now here: https://cucumber.netlify.com/cucumber/reporting/#cucumber-pro

Let's just make Cucumber Pro link here for now. I'd rather make Cucumber Pro capable of making a PR with those changes than jumping through hoops to embed the installation documentation in Pro.
