It contains the stuff from which release packages are built. For now, that means the zip lists for the windows nightbuilds, all the licenses and the example settings. It is planned (in far future) to contain the scripts used to build the setup app (probably InnoSetup) for Windows. As such, I don't recommend removing. We might consider removing the example ini files, because those are already in the MCServer folder.

Rather not, I need to update the windows nightbuild script, so that it copies the *.ini from MCServer. I'll do it.
