im trying to figure that out, if you're using r cloud studio what i did is i knitted it, and saved it as a web file and submitted it. I hope it works.

Here's some info for submitting labs.

  1. If you are using R-studio on your computer (you downloaded and installed R-studio), then find your .rmd file in the folder you are using, and upload that to Blackboard under the assignment for lab 1

  2. If you are using R-studio cloud, then in the lower left hand panel, click the files tab, then find your .rmd file. Cick the checkbox. Then, click the more button, there should be an option to export or download to your computer. Once you have downloaded the file, submit it to blackboard.

If you have trouble, email your lab instructor and let them know.
