Added commands:

• init: created libs, pipelines, environment configs, deployment metadata, the .project-config file and the root package for testing
• new: group. Also provides a --reset switch to reinitialize the template engine. Should not be needed in production, as the templates are versioned to the cli version
  • feature: creates a new feature. Having any feature doesn't allow creating layer packages at the root level
  • business: creates a business layer package
  • data: creates a MD package structure, optionally adding the DEE Actions project to the specified business solution
  • help: generates a documentation package
  • HTML: generates an HTML package
  • iot: generates both the IoT packages and IoT data structures
  • test: generates the test solution for the project. Only available at the root level, not feature level. Does not produce installable packages

All the new commands also register their respective packages in the parent ones, so the dependency tree is correctly populated.
