Trouble scanning tooltips in 1280x1024 Letterbox about d3bit HOT 6 CLOSED

It should be a resolution issue. Turning on the letter box effectively lowers the resolution and the tooltip width(?).

The resulting tooltip width actually falls below my default threshold. So I decreased my threshold and hopefully that'll fix the problem.

Right now, I can't verify it'll 100% fix the problem because the screenshot has a lot jpg artifact and won't parse correctly as is. But the actual scan should be very clean. We'll see after I push out 1.1.6.

Couldn't you set your fullscreen resolution to 1280x1024 and cause it to happen yourself? :)

Ah my desktop can only go down to 1400x1050 for some reason. But I just tested it on D3 windowed mode with 1280x1024 dimension and letterbox, and it works.
