ReferenceError: Can't find variable: filamentCodeField about filament-code-field HOT 3 CLOSED

I have just confirmed this with the Filamentphp guys.

To use plugins with the form builder you'll need to manually import the plugin's JS and CSS.

In your Javascript file

import Alpine from 'alpinejs'

// import the code field plugin
import FilamentCodeField from '../../vendor/creagia/filament-code-field/resources/js/code-field'
FilamentCodeField(Alpine)
//

window.Alpine = Alpine
Alpine.start()

Then in your CSS file

@import '../../vendor/creagia/filament-code-field/resources/css/plugin.css';

You will also need to update the package to v1.0.4. Since if the plugin is used outside filament, the dom used to check the dark mode state is not found.

Looks like an issue with the code field when used in the form builder instead of the admin panel.
