Are you talking about Countly Flex or self-hosted Countly Lite (ex-community edition?)

I am trying to use the Countly Lite edition. When I attempt to test push notifications, I receive a message stating that I cannot search for users and need an enterprise plugin.

I see. Yes, I think in Lite, you can only send push notifications to all users without segmentation.

Then my guess is that test users require segmentation. Let me check what we can do with this :)
