Test all cli commands about gaia HOT 10 CLOSED

For some of these CLI commands manual testing might possibly be enough

Yeah basically AFAICT we need to abandon ship on how we are using "go-bash" to run these tests.
The whole thing needs to be restructured to probably just call the cobra commands directly just opened up a blocking issue for this see #2706

these two issues are independant - I think that this issue should maybe be grouped as a part of a prelaunch checklist. This is something we're going to want to test right before launch, I imagine that there are a few more things like this

@fedekunze If you want to work on this lets circle up. I tried a couple of approaches here and was unable to get something working consistently. I would love to see a full refactor of these tests (#2706) #prelaunch tho!

I've refactored the CLI tests to allow for easier testing. Going to rewrite the description of this issue to include all CLI commands we have currently and test coverage. We have some work to do here.
