Why would you want that? Seems like it would cause confusion for your users?

I have the same issue after update. I have used the titles to shown as links but the ID to sort.

Here is an example with "ID: title" (ID is the filename and title is the first headline on the file):

01: Table of contents
02: Foreword
03: Chapter 1
04: Chapter 2
05: Attachment

Old style sorting by IDs but showing titles (before the update):

Table of contents
Foreword
Chapter 1
Chapter 2
Attachment

It was perfect. But now I got this:

Attachment
Chapter 1
Chapter 2
Foreword
Table of contents

Show me the book where the Attachment comes at first and the table of contents it's on the end. Sorting by just the titles looks more confusing to me.
Using "usetitle" is no option, because then I get:

03
04
05
