TVM does not match types for intrinsic operations, such as shift and xor. That's why in my first version I used division instead of shifts. It is also possible that LLVM version does matter. My example works under version 4.0. I will close this issue after I fix the type matching problem.

The integer and fixed-point type matching are fixed. We still need to fix floating point related operations.
