Sure, and have --reinit or so to do it anyways. Sometimes I rm -rf builds repo repo-build cache and rerun init e.g. (mostly to preserve installer/).

that commit only errors out if src/config already exists. My desire is that we don't proceed if the directory has anything in it (i.e. we should be coreos-assembler initing into a fresh directory), which should help people like me not run it in a place that i didn't intend to. I just opened up #78 to address this
