From what I know it is a bug in mcad which cannot handle 2 VLANs on 1 WAN interface. The result is that mcad tells the UniFi controller that the address is 0.0.0.0 which in turn leads to problems with e.g. configuring "Networks" in the new interface.

For now the workaround of the old UI will do whenever I need to add a new LAN network for example. Glad they atleast give us a choice :)
