how do i start a staged-recipe?

grayskull is good at what it does, but doesn't know much about The GitHub Repo. There's probably a place for a

cf feedstock init ` which:

• clones staged-recipes
• runs grayskull
  • runs the linter
    • tries to build it
      • ensures you have a fork
      • pushes to your fork
      • opens a PR

how should I organize conda-forge repos?

I've ended up with basically a $CONDA_FORGE_ROOT which pretty much looks like the org layout, but with a little more structure. this is super personal, of course, but perhaps there's a way to offer a sensible default which can be overloaded with a config file or something.
