can you try to link with -undefined dynamic_lookup instead of PYLIB ?

Interesting! I don't know what is happening there, but it fixed the problem.
Is the dynamic_lookup for undefined symbols safe for conda environments or will he 'borrow' these symbols from the global python library outside the environment? Maybe it this just a sign of missing runtime libs?
