Publish docker images on Artifactory about conan-docker-tools HOT 5 OPEN

Some notes on that:

• if you have the resources please migrate all images and all tags for a complete migration of all data
• once migration is done, you can delete the organization and re-create a new free user account with the organization name, this prevents someone else from doing it and publishing harmful containers under the old address

Docker reversed their sun-setting of Free Teams. So they will continue to exist. You don't have to migrate any longer
