Gateway 2.4 is not working, no debugging output about rfm69-mqtt-client HOT 1 CLOSED

always difficult to troobleshoot at a distance..

Some thoughts:

• your sketch should display debug info if you compiled with the debug option. Check your COM settings (baud rate, COM port, etc)
• If you connected your RFM69 to an Arduino it is probably gone. The RFM69 does not withstand 5 Volts; it is meant to operate on 3.3 Volts on VSS and inputs.
• try to split up your faultfinding: first troubleshoot the MQTT connection. Use another client to send commands to you gateway and see if it responds. Once you have that working start troubleshooting the radio part.
