Can't print spreadsheet nor export to PDF about online HOT 4 CLOSED

Well, some updates to the description:

1. When using the compact view, the print button works.
2. The export as PDF works, what does not work is the download as PDF function.
3. Neither download as EPUB work
4. The problems also occurs on Writer, Presentations and Diagrams
5. The problems also occurs with Chromium browser

Print is a common issue as seen in #8969 so let us track it there.
For download, there are many closed and open tickets, also those for docker, so please search. Probably relevant if that is rooless or rootfull docker.

as you pointed out #8969 is the exact problem I have, so you are already tracking it.
The second problem I'm referring was reported on some tickets. One of them I found is #5088 (comment)
The solution referenced in this post solved the issue for me. I had to add --o:security.capabilities=false on the extra_params of the docker container and PDFs started to export correctly.
Now I'll try to understand why and what other implications have using that option.

EDIT:
Also did an update to 24.04.1.4 as you proposed in the other thread and it didn't work.

EDIT 2:
The problem started with 24.04 update. On 23.05 it was working fine.
