lol i was trying to avoid any special koa stuff. i'll add it but i wonder if anything can go wrong.

k added. i still haven't tested this yet, though. i need to figure out how to send a multipart response for a test. haha
gonna move this to koa org.

IMO we should keep /koajs/* to middleware etc, but we could maybe start one for co haha
